Molly Noonan  (Phase I - Level III : Intermediate / Advanced student)
Molly Noonan started training under her father at around 4 years old on his weekends. By the time she was 10 she was skilled enough to help at demonstrations. By age 14 she had reached phase 1 level 3 rank and would assist her father at times during private or semi-private teaching.

Cody Reed  (Phase III - Level III : Advanced Apprentice Instructor.)
Cody Reed began his study of Jeet Kune Do and the Filipino Martial Arts under John Noonan in 2007. For three years Reed trained with Noonan before assisting him in the opening of Real World Mixed Martial Arts in Fowlerville, MI. Progressing in his training, Reed earned his Apprentice Instructor Certification in August 2012. Not long after, he was given the title of Assistant Instructor to Real World MMA. Since then Reed has taught classes independently to men and women whose ages range from 6 to 58 years old several days a week, as well as assisted Noonan in his teaching and development of Real World MMA.

In December 2012, Reed began the task of helping Noonan with the restructuring of the Real World MMA curriculum, coming up with a better way to gradually develop skill level in training in order to more effectively defend oneself in the real world. Since this curriculum was developed and put into effect, students at Real World MMA have shown a tremendous increase in skill level as well as their ability to handle themselves in a real life self-defense situation.

In June 2013, Reed began the process of assisting Noonan in the development of a program for youth students to help them further increase their focus and desire to learn. This program is called the Little Warrior Youth Program, and the central idea behind it is to provide quality training in an environment that will encourage children between the ages of 5 and 12 to focus, grow, and learn the awareness, skills, and mental clarity essential to avoid and deal with conflicts of any nature.

Reed intends to continue his training and teaching throughout his life, and expects to achieve the rank of Associate Instructor within the next 3 years. He is also studying Yoga, and attending school for Therapeutic Massage, intending to one day be able to combine all three of these disciplines and teach people how to live a dynamic, healthy, and energized life.
